Customer Service was extremely friendly! The food was delicious. I was part of a large party, and I think some of the staff (newbies) were a little overwhelmed because they didn't know who got which plates of food. But, it all got easily worked out.
Urban Prime is a culinary gem that shines brightly under the stewardship of Chef Ercan Ekinci. When Chef Ekinci reached out to invite me for a taste of Chef Pack's signature dish, the Natsu Combo, it felt like a scene straight out of Season 3 of "The Bear." With the promise of a delightful evening ahead, I eagerly accepted the invitation and press'ed pause on the show. Upon arrival, we were greeted with the warmth and charm that Urban Prime is known for. The ambiance was a perfect blend of modern elegance and cozy comfort, setting the stage for an unforgettable dining experience. Chef Ekinci kicked off the evening with a unique appetizer that was as visually stunning as it was delicious. The plate featured succulent lamb, a perfectly seared sea scallop, delicate heirloom beet carpaccio, and a burrata caprese that was creamy and fresh. Each element on the plate was a masterpiece in its own right, and together they created a symphony of flavors that danced on our palates. My wife, having fallen in love with the wild mushroom ravioli on our previous visit, couldn't resist ordering it again. Dubbed "old reliable," this dish is a testament to Chef Ekinci's expertise. The ravioli, filled with porcini and baby bella mushrooms, sautéed spinach, pine nuts, and basil, all bathed in a luscious parmesan cream sauce with a hint of truffle, was as divine as she remembered. Every bite was a comforting embrace of rich, earthy flavors that I stole when she briefly departed the dinner table. I don't use the pièce de résistance lightly, but there might as well have been a light show for the 夏 (Natsu) Combo. This culinary marvel, meaning "born in summer," was a feast for both the eyes and the taste buds. The combo featured an exquisite selection of uni (sea urchin), toro (fatty bluefin tuna belly), saba (mackerel), yellowtail, salmon, scallops (which were absolutely divine), and tako (octopus). All delivered as 12 pieces of sashimi and 7 pieces of nigiri, each piece was a testament to the new Chef Pack's, from Tampa, precision and passion. The freshness and quality of the seafood that had been flown in overnight were unparalleled, making each bite a sublime experience. To cap off this culinary journey, we indulged in a seasonal desert of champions, key lime with toasted meringue soufflé, white chocolate with blue in it and a dollop of sherbet in crushed pistachio. The dessert was a perfect balance of tangy and sweet, with the creamy sorbet providing a refreshing finish to the meal. Throughout the evening, Chef Ekinci and the attentive servers frequently checked in to ensure everything was perfect, embodying the spirit of true hospitality. Their genuine care and dedication to our dining experience elevated the evening from memorable to extraordinary. Urban Prime, under the guidance of Chef Ekinci, offers a dining experience that is nothing short of a game changer for Brevard. Innovative appetizers to the exquisite Natsu Combo and the delightful dessert, each dish was crafted with care and finesse. Whether you're a fan of "The Bear" or just in search of an exceptional meal, Urban Prime is a destination that promises and delivers culinary excellence. Why are you still reading this and not calling to make a reservation, do you not like Sushi? Take a break from the ordinary and indulge in an evening of gastronomic bliss, no like do it now!

Urban Prime may be my new favorite place in Brevard County. The concept is something I would expect to see in a larger city like Orlando. I came here for brunch yesterday with a girl friend and we had a fantastic experience. We started with the bottomless mimosas. Our server brought us out a bottle of champagne with a carafe of orange juice which is exactly how I prefer my bottomless mimosas. I ordered the lobster roll and my friend ordered the steak sandwich. My lobster roll was one of the best lobster rolls I've had in Florida. It was full of fresh lobster meat but the sauce was light and didn't overwhelm the lobster. The bread wasn't too thick either. After brunch, I explored the market and picked up some ahi tuna and rose wine to take home. I will be coming back here again and again and I'm so excited to have this place in Melbourne.
This review is solely on the marketplace. Checked out Urban prime marketplace and restaurant this afternoon. I felt like a kid in a candy store. So much to see and buy. Today they were having tasting stations with wine and food samplings. We ordered two prime Reuben sandwiches to go, the Cole slaw that accompanied the Reuben was delicious. Bought a chocolate mousse cup and a slice of orange cake for the hubby. You can order sandwiches at the deli the majority for $9.99 which is a great price for the amount deli meat you get. You can buy fresh steaks cuts and fresh seafood. Definitely a fun place to shop for delicacies and I can't wait to make reservations to dine with the family. I will update my review once I make it back for dinner.
